Booking and Refund Policy

1. General Policy and Booking Commitment
By booking an appointment or securing an event date with Hair by Natalie Blake, you acknowledge and agree to the payment, cancellation, and refund terms outlined below.

All Deposits are Non-Refundable: All booking fees and deposits are strictly non-refundable and are used to secure time and date availability.

2. Salon Appointments (In-Home & Tonbridge Studios)
All salon appointments (Colour, Cut, Styling) are booked and managed through the Fresha booking platform and adhere to the following:

Cancellations & Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment yourself via Fresha up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without charge.

Late Cancellation Charge: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price.

No Show/Same Day Cancellation: If you cancel less than 1 hour before the appointment or fail to show up, you will be charged 100% of the service price.

Refunds: Fresha manages payments. Refunds are issued only for payments received in error or if the artist cancels the appointment and a replacement cannot be found. No refunds are issued for client cancellations or rescheduling, as the late fee covers lost time.

3. Bridal and Event Styling
Bridal and Event bookings are secured via a direct contract and payment:

Booking Fee (Deposit): A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure the event date. This fee is always deducted from the final balance but is never refunded upon client cancellation or date change.

Final Balance: The final balance payment is due on a pre-agreed date prior to the event.

Client Cancellation (After Final Payment):

If you cancel the booking after the final balance has been paid, the entire amount remains non-refundable, reflecting the loss of income from the secured date.

Artist Cancellation: In the highly unlikely event Natalie Blake must cancel, a full refund of all monies paid (including the booking fee and any trial fees, if the trial has not occurred) will be issued.
